askUCL Masterclass - January 2022

In this session, we take you through the askUCL online system, where you can find answers to various questions about your studies and find out how to contact the different support services at university.  
At any point during your University journey, if you are not sure who or which team to contact, you can Log into askUCL  and your specific enquiry will automatically be directed to a staff member who will be able respond to your particular question. 
 
This presentation is for all students, at all levels of study, and we recommend that everyone attend one of the sessions at the time most convenient to them.
