Wellbeing in quarantine: mindfulness and meditation

Mindfulness is about paying attention to our experience, moment by moment. In the session, we will explore using our body and breath as focus points to shift our attention towards when we find ourselves carried away by worries and distractions. We will also discuss other ways of cultivating mindfulness to benefit our self-care and wellbeing. Reflections, questions and discussion are all encouraged.
