UCL cares about your health and wellbeing and there’s a wide range of support to help you stay well and look after yourself. In this session, staff from the Student Support and Wellbeing team will give you some practical tips on how you can stay physically and mentally healthy during your studies and will talk you through the wide range of support options available.

This session is open to all and relevant for students at all levels and from all backgrounds, but disabled students and those with a pre-existing mental or physical health condition might find it particularly useful.
