The PS Hub

The PS Hub brings together key customer support and transactional services for HR, Finance, and IT.

One Desk provides a centralised point of contact for the PS Hub services - via MyServices (primarily), email, phone and live chat

New Opening Times for One Desk IT

Please note, One Desk IT phone lines will now be available from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
For assistance outside of these hours, our Out of Hours Service will be accessible from 5:00 PM onwards.

MyServices platform

MyServices is a new UCL platform that will improve staff experience of finding, requesting and interacting with professional services - replacing the RemedyForce platform and the use of emails associated to it (including most of the emails used by the PS Hub).
