The PS Hub

The PS Hub brings together key customer support and transactional services for HR, Finance, and IT.

One Desk provides a centralised point of contact for the PS Hub services - via MyServices (primarily), email, phone and live chat.

MyServices platform - phased implementation (Jun to Sep 2024)

MyServices is a new UCL platform that will improve staff experience of finding, requesting and interacting with professional services - replacing the RemedyForce platform and the use of emails associated to it (including most of the emails used by the PS Hub).

From 16 July 2024 - Some Finance services go live in MyServices
From 5 August 2024 - HR and IT go live in MyServices
