HR Services

HR Services is the central hub for the entire employee lifecycle at UCL. We handle onboarding, contracts, payroll (for employees and workers), and HR data reporting. Additionally, we manage compliance. This includes Rights to Work checks and Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) requirements.
