UCL workforce reporting.
The Workforce Reporting & Analytics team is responsible for delivering insightful management information, Key Workforce Indicators (KWI), and analysis that support management teams to make strategic and informed decisions.
The team manages and return annual HESA staff returns, UCEA and ONS surveys, which are used by national and international organisations.

Key Workforce Indicators
These reports provide extensive and detailed HR benchmark metrics to measure performance and improvements in order to reach goals as defined in the HR Strategy.
Departmental historical reports on Infoview
Departments can access historical workforce data (up to 22nd Jan 2020) on Infoview portal. We are not granting new access to InfoView as this has been replaced with MyHR Reports for staff with DA, DIR, HOD or DEAN roles. For more information please email hr_reports@ucl.ac.uk.
Departmental Reports on MyHR Reports
Users with DA role can access a suite of departmental reports covering absence, funding, learning, and staff lists. Email hr_reports@ucl.ac.uk to setup a training session on MyHR Reports.
