The team also manages annual HESA staff returns, UCEA and ONS surveys, which are used by national and international organisations.

Key Workforce Indicators
These reports provide extensive and detailed HR benchmark metrics to measure performance and improvements in order to reach goals as defined in the HR Strategy.
Departmental Reports on MyHR Reports
Users with the Departmental Administrator (DA) role can access a suite of departmental reports covering absence, funding, learning, and staff lists. Please request this via setup a training session on MyHR Reports.
