Reminder of important start of session deadlines for students


The deadline for students to complete re-enrolment for the current academic session is midday on Friday 28 October. The records for any student who has not enrolled by this date will be closed. All students have been sent reminder notifications with instructions on how to re-enrol via Portico.

Students should be directed to askUCL if they have queries about their enrolment status.

Late re-enrolment procedure

For continuing students needing longer to enrol, staff need to complete the Delayed Re-Enrolment Approval Form. This form should be completed by departments if they are happy to support the delayed enrolment. For any taught students Student Records will seek Faculty approval before the late re-enrolment can be actioned. Please do not ask students to complete the form as departments need to ensure that at this late point it is ok to extend the deadline.

Module selection

Friday 28 October is also the deadline for departmental approval of student module selections for the year ahead and changes to term one module registrations. Further guidance is available to assist with checking module credits and approval statuses.

Students should contact their home department in the first instance for queries about their module selections.
