Epic goes live

The system, designed to improve patient safety and experience and giving healthcare professionals access to all relevant patient information at UCLH in one place, affects how research is done at UCLH.

Like all clinical processes, research procedures, tests and scans will be managed via Epic.

Researchers will update Epic to reflect a patient’s research activity, and research studies at UCLH will be visible within Epic to all users.
