Audiovisual help

Support options for the physical and virtual spaces at UCL.

Physical (in-room) spaces

Teaching rooms

There is a telephone provided with a pre-programmed button for priority access to ISD IT Services. This is the most effective way to get help, please use this facility for any issues encountered with the AV system.

Meeting rooms

Please call IT Services on 020 7679 5000 (internal 25000). Alternatively, you can email IT Services.

Virtual spaces

Virtual teaching

Support is available for virtual teaching using Blackboard Collaborate via Moodle, Zoom, MS Teams or any UCL-provided IT equipment (including visualisers).

For non-urgent support, please log your incident with IT Services by emailing itservices@ucl.ac.uk or phoning +44 (0)2076795000.

Virtual meet and greet session

Please book your virtual meet and greet session at least 5 days before your event.

  1. Log in using SiSo
  2. Click Equipment in Supported Rooms (installed by AV team)
  3. Click Book under Virtual Training Room
  4. Complete the form and submit
