How to display the transcript as closed captions on Zoom

This guide explains how to see closed captions or live transcription when this is enabled by the host.

Instructions

When you record a meeting to the cloud an audio transcription is automatically generated and embedded in the audio and video file. This is hidden by default. To see the transcript in the audio or video file:

1. Open the recording

2. Click the play icon.

3. Click the CC icon at the bottom right of the screen. The text displays on top of the video, similar to closed captioning.
