Enabling automatic transcription in a Zoom meeting
This guide explains how enable automatic transcription of your Zoom meeting.

Instructions
- From within your meeting, you will need to click on the live transcript option from the bottom menu bar.
- From within the dialogue box that appears, select enable auto-transcription. Dialogue will then appear at the bottom of the screen as participants speak.
Tip: if auto-transcription is enabled in your meeting, you will be able to control your own display settings. Click on the live transcript button, or the arrow next to this button if you are the host. You will have the following options available:
- view the full transcript in a separate pane
- hide/show subtitles
- change the appearance of subtitles.
- Manual transcription
- Keyboard shortcuts (Zoom content - external site)
