Delete a folder in Outlook 2016 for Windows

This guide explains how to delete a folder.



1. Right-mouse-click on the folder you wish to delete and select Delete Folder from the available options list.

2. You will receive a prompt to confirm if you want to want to delete the folder. Select Yes to perform the deletion. The folder will be moved as a sub-folder of Deleted Items. To permanently delete the folder, perform the same action again as step 1.
