Policies, the MyHR system and wellbeing at UCL
MyHR
MyHR is where your personal and employee information can be found. It integrates with MyFinance providing a single, fully integrated HR, Payroll and Finance management system
The system is used to book and record annual leave, sickness, change working patterns etc. via the Employee Self Service module.
Managers can access information for their direct reports, and approve requests via Manager Self Service.
HR team contacts
Business Operations Services provide a dedicated HR team who should be your first port of call for general HR matters. They can be reached at businessops@ucl.ac.uk. There are also a set of HR pages on the ISD intranet, which provide information and links to policies and procedures.
The central HR Services teams provide help and advice on more complex matters e.g. payroll queries. To log a ticket with HR Services email hr-services@ucl.ac.uk or access their quick contacts page to search for individual teams.
