Annual Leave and Work Life Balance

Enabling all staff to achieve a good work life balance is a key priority at UCL.

At UCL we offer 27 days of annual leave plus six closure days (at Christmas and Easter) as well as statutory holidays. 

We also facilitate flexible working such as flexitime, annualised hours, term-time working, shift working, staggered hours, job share/job splitting, part-time working, compressed hours, career breaks and planned remote working. See the Work Life Balance Policy for more information.
