The first day in post and beyond

These resources are aimed at helping you get to work once you have started.

Checking that we have your correct personal information

It is important that on your first day you log into MyHR Self Services to update your bank account details to ensure that your first salary payment is paid into your nominated bank account. (NB: You will only be able to access MyHR once you've received your contract of employment, and on or after your commencement date).

In addition, you will need to enter into MyHR your next of kin details in the event of an emergency, and your Equality, Diversity and Inclusion information, for reporting purposes.

Getting set up at work

There are various administrative tasks that you will need to take care of before you will have full access at work.
