This research workshop brings together legal scholars and judges based in the UK, Italy and elsewhere in Europe to discuss the rise of constitutional identity review in Europe.
This subject has thus far not received systematic, cross-country attention.
Scholars debate and reassess doctrinal and theoretical assumptions on constitutional identity in light of recent case law.
