There are a number of people who you can contact if you are having issues related to your sexual orientation at work, which may include homophobic, biphobic or transphobic bullying and harassment.
UCL has a team of Dignity Advisers available to listen to members of UCL staff who believe that they are being harassed; they can help to clarify options available and support and assist you through resolving the matter. All cases will be treated in confidence.
UCL provides a free and confidential Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) from Care First, an independent provider of employee support services. Their staff are specialists in fields such as counselling, well-being, family matters, relationships, debt management, workplace issues, and much more.
The Human Resources Advisory Services Team provides professional advice and guidance to managers and staff on non-routine employment related issues.
