The Francis Crick Institute is dedicated to understanding the fundamental biology underlying health and disease. This state of the art biomedical research facility brings together 1500 scientists and support staff working collaboratively across disciplines and encourages both scientists and the general public to find out more about what goes on inside through a range of tours and seminars. UCL staff can also host their own events at the Crick.

2nd Crick Rare Diseases Conference

Following on from last year's inaugural meeting, expert speakers from the UK Rare Disease community will present their latest research. The conference is aimed at scientists, clinician scientists and doctors.

Medicine at the Crick

The 10th Medicine at the Crick event will be hosted by Dr Eachan Johnson and will cover a number os aspects of the rise in antibiotic resistance and ways to fight it.

UK Chaperone Club
17 April 2023, 10:00-17:00
The UK Chaperone Club will cover a wide range of topics spanning the fundamental basis and regulation of protein folding in the cell, to the relevance of these processes in health and disease.
This meeting has a long-standing tradition of promoting and encouraging early career researchers to present and discuss their data.
