We organise a wide range of events and workshops, many of which can be really useful to those at the interview, test and assessment centre stages...
Most events require advance booking so follow the links below for more information on:
- Careers Essentials Programme (Autumn and Spring Terms): A series of Careers Consultant led talks aimed at all students and recent graduates which includes sessions on interviews amongst other topics.
- Skills4Work Workshops (Autumn Term): A series of employer led workshops, some of which focus on interview skills.
- Employer Presentations (Autumn and Spring Terms): Talks by individual companies which usually include tips on preparing for their particular interview process.
- Sector Specific Recruitment Fairs (Autumn Term only): A chance to network with large numbers of major graduate recruiters from sectors popular with UCL students and ask informally about interview techniques.
- Researchers Employability Programme (All year round): A series of Careers Consultant led talks and Employer led networking/recruitment events aimed at recent PhD students and PostDoc Research Staff which includes sessions on interviews.
- Personality Profiling Workshops (All year): These workshops will give you an insight into your own personality and how you interact with others.

- Sector Specific Recruitment Fairs (Autumn Term only): A chance to network with large numbers of major graduate recruiters from sectors popular with UCL students and ask informally about their current vacancies and application procedures.
- Jobs Market (Summer Term only): A chance to network with large numbers of major graduate recruiters from a wide range sectors and ask informally about their current vacancies and application procedures.
- Employer Presentations (Autumn and Spring Terms): Talks by individual companies to give you the opportunity to learn more about current vacancies and when / how to apply.
- Sector Themed Weeks (Autumn and Spring Terms): These events are not focused on direct recruitment but will give you the chance to network with professionals from a range of sectors popular with UCL students to find out more about job hunting, key vacancy sites and other routes in to the sector.
