Meeting Rooms

Departmental Meeting Rooms

GEE staff and students are able to use the Darwin Building 6th floor meeting room (paper booking system), the IHA meeting room on the third floor and the CLOE meeting room on the 4th floor Darwin (contact Muslima Chowdhury for booking), and the CBER meeting room in Medawar Building (contact Amy Godfrey).  Room 114 and 214 in Darwin are no longer bookable via the Outlook calendars but can be booked via Central Room Bookings (see details below)

Central Room Bookings

Meetings rooms and Seminars rooms are booked using CMISGo.  Only staff with a UCL username and password will be able to log on to access the room booking portal.

UCL East Meeting Rooms

Some of the Poole Street and Marshgate rooms are available on the Central Booking system except 314 which can be booked by Fiona, Muslima or Amy.  Full details of meeting rooms and their accessibility can be found on the
