There are two streams for IT support:
Local IT Support

The team supports Windows, Linux, Unix and Apple desktop computers and servers and has expertise in High Performance Computing. They look after several server farms and clusters and has expertise in application support.
UCL Information Services Division (ISD)
For any problems relating to Outlook, live@ucl, remote working via WTS, and other central IT services, contact the ISD Service Desk

Raise a ticket with the Service Desk by one of the following methods.

AV support if encountering problems in Teaching Rooms:
Where there is a telephone in the room, use the pre-programmed button for priority access to ISD IT Services - this is the most effective way to get help.
NB: please always use the phone button for any issues encountered with the AV system.
If there isn't a phone in the room, you can call 020 3108 1972.
