What topics make a good taster lecture for school audiences?

Any aspect of anthropology that you are passionate about and what to share! This could include Essay topics, Lab Books, Field Trips, Dissertation research, or Extra-Curricular activities such as AnthroSoc/SSCC reps/Writing for Anthropolitan.

How do I apply?

Send a one page outline of your taster lecture idea, including the name and location of your school to alison.macdonald@ucl.ac.uk by Monday 18th November 2019.

10 applicants will be selected on the merit of their idea. However, priority will be given to those applicants who attended a state school because this initiative is part of our department's strategy to attract students from a broad range of backgrounds.

Initiative Timeline

Application Deadline: 18/11/2019

Notification of Successful applications: 25/11/2019

Developing Taster lectures: Dec 2019-Feb 2020

Delivery of Taster lectures: Feb – July 2020
