Project description
Step 1- Optimising the isolation, expansion and differentiation of human fetal osteoblasts. Optimising the Quasi vivo system and growth of osteoblasts within to form an ‘ex vivo’ bone model.
Step 2- Comparing amniotic fluid stem cells, their conditioned medium and their extracellular vesicles for their effect on bone in the above model.
