Timelines and processes for implementing and communicating urgent changes to academic portfolio as part of the Covd-19 Emergency Resilience Framework
The table below sets out the deadlines for making urgent changes to your programme and module offer as part of the Covid-19 Emergency Resilience Framework (ERF). Please note that the light touch programme amendment process is for ERF-related activity only. Programme amendments not related to the implementation of Covid-19 mitigation follow the normal procedures and timelines set out in Chapter 7 of the Academic Manual.
If ERF implementation requires a new module to replace several existing modules, it should be submitted on a new module form in the normal way, but in line with the timescales below.
The table also sets out the process for notifying prospective and continuing students of the withdrawal or suspension of programmes in 2020-21, as well as amendments to programmes (diet review and suspension of optional/elective modules) and assessments.
Departments should contact the Admissions Office for support in contacting applicants and offer holders. Please contact Caroline Hayward (c.hayward@ucl.ac.uk) in the first instance.
