I'm responsible for a range of projects related to improving outcomes for students which include the Assessment Review and a HEFCE funded partnership project aimed at addressing the BME attainment gap.
I oversee our strategic partnerships with schools and the expansion of UCL’s transition programme.

Prior to joining UCL, I worked on projects across the University of Nottingham, University of Kent and The London School of Economics (LSE).

I work as a consultant to UCL, managing the development of the UCL Introductory Programme - a programme of study and orientation for students to undertake prior to their arrival at UCL.
Prior to becoming a consultant, I worked as the Head of Academic Support Projects in the VP Education office. Projects included the Introductory Programme and Personal Tutoring.
Before joining UCL, I worked as Head of Curriculum Management in the Science Faculty at the Open University.
