Making the most of hybrid working
Course Description:

This course involves peer to peer learning. Please be aware that, for the benefit of all participants, participation in small breakout groups is part of this online course. Please ensure you join in an environment that allows you to speak out loud.

This online interactive course will introduce you to a more conscious approach to benefiting from hybrid working in both your wellbeing and performance at work. It considers research on human communication and individual personalities. You will learn to navigate what works best for different situations and people.

This session will cover:

  • Adapting your mindset for working in dispersed and hybrid teams
  • The role of personality in hybrid working environments
  • The value that face-to-face vs. virtual connections can play in specific scenarios

Objectives:

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • Gain new insights into the challenges associated with hybrid working
  • Develop knowledge of how and where the challenges associated with hybrid working can be tackled
  • Build an action plan for supporting colleagues in a hybrid working environment
