Mandatory learning
UCL recommends several online learning courses as being mandatory for all staff. These cover a range of subjects from unconscious bias training to GDPR.

Other training providers
UCL Organisational Development are the biggest provider of training for UCL staff, but there are other departments who also run courses such as UCL Arena, Safety Services and UCL Innovation & Enterprise.

About UCL Organisational Development
The UCL Organisational Development team are part of UCL Human Resources. As well as providing our staff with learning and development opportunities, we also look after recruitment, talent and much more.

Learning Event Recording System (LERS)
Access your own individual training record. It is recommended that you keep your LERS record up-to-date with details of any training and qualifications you complete. This should also include details of any self-directed study you take outside of UCL.
