UCL’s Learning and Development Portfolio is an overview of all of the leadership, learning and development programmes we provide each academic year. Our courses aim to support your learning and development and to support the implementation of UCL 2034.

UCL recommends several online learning courses as being mandatory for all staff. These cover a range of subjects from unconscious bias training to GDPR.
UCL Organisational Development are the biggest provider of training for UCL staff, but there are other departments who also run courses such as UCL Arena, Safety Services and UCL Innovation & Enterprise.
The UCL Organisational Development team are part of UCL Human Resources. As well as providing our staff with learning and development opportunities, we also look after recruitment, talent and much more.
