Building Trust at Work
Course Description:

This course involves peer to peer learning. Please be aware that, for the benefit of all participants, participation in small breakout groups is part of this online course. Please ensure you join in an environment that allows you to speak out loud.

This online interactive course will explore how to build both cognitive and emotional trust with your colleagues at work. Research shows that by co-creating psychologically safe spaces at work, you can achieve much higher collaboration and greater innovation.

This session will cover:

  • Understanding the different dimensions of trust and their influence on our human connections.
  • Learning techniques for approaching colleagues and inviting questions to encourage collaboration and build trust.

Objectives:

By the end of the course you will be able to:

  • Be more self-aware of the dimensions of your trust levels at work.
  • Understand the importance of trust in your working relationships and the impact this has on your work and wellbeing.
  • Have the tools and techniques for enabling yourself and colleagues to co-create a psychologically safe working environment.
