Negotiating Change
Course Description:

This course involves peer to peer learning. Please be aware that, for the benefit of all participants, participation in small breakout groups is part of this online course. Please ensure you join in an environment that allows you to speak out loud and fully interact with other course participants. A short, anonymous, pre-attendance survey will be used to understand challenges and inform session focus.

This course will support you to enable people to engage with change more easily. You will the discover the common pitfalls of managing change and learn some simple, practical tools to support your team. You will be introduced to a straightforward three stage approach for enabling change and help your team feel safer and empowered to shape their next steps.

This session will cover:

  • A practical framework for supporting teams through change
  • Simple tools to help your team feel heard, feel safer and more in control
  • A way to move people to action quickly
  • A way to review progress and make improvements easily
  • Space to reflect on your own change context

Objectives:

By the end of this course you will:

  • Have strategies to help you approach change with your team
  • Have access and practice with practical tools to support your change activity
  • Gain insight from talking to your peers
