DSD: Data manipulation in R with Rstudio
Course Description:

Boost your data analytics workflow with better data manipulation. Get to grips with tidyverse pipelines to increase both productivity and readability of code.

The session involves an introduction to dplyr, an R package authored by Hadley Wickham to assist R users in manipulating tidy data.

This is a two hour on-line workshop using Microsoft Teams.

PREREQUISITES:

Basic knowledge of working with datasets in R is essential.

IMPORTANT:

Objectives:
At the end of this course you will be able to:
  • explain the concept of tidy data;
  • describe the use of a data pipe;
  • use a variety of dplyr verbs.

This course is aimed at those who are already familiar with R but wish to learn efficient techniques for data manipulation.
