DSD: Planning and filming advice for a short film
Course Description:

Making a short film has become very easy to do and can be a creative team building task. However, careful planning and considered filming is crucial to saving time and improving the quality of the final product.

This session will cover the process of planning and provide advice about equipment and filming techniques to improve the final result.

This is a 60 minute demonstration session delivered remotely.

IMPORTANT:

Objectives:
By the end of the session you will be familiar with:
  • Film genres and some examples of short documentary films
  • How to successfully storyboard and plan your film
  • A variety of shots to make your film more creative and coherent
  • A range of simple ubiquitous equipment to improve the end result
