Uncertainties around Brexit continue, testing the very foundations of the UK's constitutional system. Many questions remain unanswered. When – if at all – will Brexit happen? How has it affected the rights and lives of citizens from countries in the SSEES "region"? How will it affect relations between the UK and countries in Eastern Europe and further afield? This event brings together a panel of leading experts to help answer these questions – and to pose even more.
We’ve had the Brexit debate. Now we’re SSEESing the reality. Come for critical reflection and sober analysis of the current situation and future prospects.
Panel:
Alexandra Bulat (PhD Candidate, UCL SSEES)
Nauro Campos (Professor of Economics, UCL SSEES)
Roch Dunin-Wasowicz (Fellow, UCL Dept of Social Sciences)
Marie Le Conte (Freelance Political Journalist and Author)
Chaired by: Dr Ben Noble (UCL SSEES)
