Key dates and supporting resources for student module selection approvals.

With the student module selection window now closed, departments will be starting to think about module approvals – please see the timeline of key dates and links to supporting resources below.

Departmental review of module selections and capacity 
In light of selections, review the numbers and consider any adjustments to provision and identify room requirements
12 May onwards
Module selection approvals / rejections12 May to 14 July
(not visible to students until 17 July)
Continuing students informed of their module selections approvals/rejections (on Portico)17 July
Continuing student module amendment requests and reselections (Portico)

17 July to 31 July*


*Students are informed that a limited number of re-selection requests may be approved after this date at their department’s discretion up until term 1, week 3 after which requests should be made in line with the late module selection process
