Enrolment: January 2020

In January UCL will be welcoming over 600 affiliate students from outside the UK to study here for the spring and summer terms. These students have been invited to the International Students Orientation Programme (ISOP) taking place on Thursday 9 and Friday 10 January 2020 and, as part of the session, will be formally enrolling on the morning of Thursday 9 January.  You will find full details about the ISOP on the International Students website. 

In addition to affiliate students, there are a number of taught postgraduate programmes and a doctoral programme starting in January.   The enrolment arrangements for these students have been made with their departments, who will be liaising with them.  Unless they are on a distance learning programme, all students must enrol in person within two weeks of the start date of their programme.  Enrolment for distance learning students will be dealt with by Student Records. 

Research and doctoral students who are joining UCL in January will also need to enrol within two weeks of their start date.  They are invited to attend the Doctoral School Welcome for new research students, which will take place at 2pm on Wednesday 29 January in the J Z Young Lecture Theatre, Anatomy Building.  Students will need to register via Eventbrite to attend where they will also find further details about the event.
