Getting a room for an academic teaching event Activity

Events are automatically given rooms during the room stage of the timetabling cycle. This is generally between June and August each year. The Room Bookings team will assign a room to any unroomed event with a size. If the event has a module, the size should come from that module. This will also ensure module sizes are combined when taught together. Only if the room has no module (e.g. if the module is not yet approved) should the capacity be used directly within the event.
