Spices and Medicine Symposium/Frank Fish Memorial Lecture 2024

SAVE THE DATE: Wednesday 21st Feb from 14:00-18:00 Spices and Medicine Symposium plus the Frank Fish Memorial Lecture – both to be held in the John Hanbury Lecture Theatre. Both events will be held in hybrid format.

The speaker for the Frank Fish Lecture will be Dr Merlin Willcox, Clinical Lecturer at the Primary Care Research Centre, University of Southampton. His talk is entitled: ‘Are herbal medicines just Placebos? Or could they help to overcome the UK's major health challenges?’ Further details of Dr Willcox’s talk along with the Spices and Medicine Symposium are included in the below link. Registration for both events opens on Monday 5th February via Eventbrite; links will be shared on this date along with Zoom details for those who wish to attend online.
