The UCL School of Pharmacy is one of the most highly rated pharmacy schools in the world. As the oldest School, founded by the Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain in 1842, it has over 175 years of experience and tradition throughout which it has retained its identity as a specialist institution dedicated to teaching and research in pharmacy and the pharmaceutical sciences.
Our undergraduate MPharm degree programme was fully re-accredited by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) in 2019. This programme integrates pharmaceutical science into the practice of clinical pharmacy. We are also offering a Master of Pharmacy with Integrated Pre-registration Training (MPharm).
UCL is rated first in the UK for research power in 'medicine, health and life sciences' (REF2021). The MPhil programme provides students with a unique opportunity to participate in world-leading research at the School of Pharmacy.
We have a number of Master's programmes available which reflect the research and academic expertise within the school in drug discovery, drug delivery, drug targets, drug action, clinical pharmacy and the use of medicines.
We offer a range of flexible part-time taught postgraduate programmes geared towards the needs of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in clinical practice.
