Professor Rajiv Jalan awarded the DV Datta Memorial Oration

Indian National Association for the Study of the Liver (INASL) Dr. D V Datta Memorial Oration

Professor Rajiv Jalan has been awarded the ‘DV Datta Memorial Oration’ by the Indian Association for the Study of Liver last week. It is one of the most prestigious awards made by INASL. Professor Jalan's oration was entitled  'Reducing deaths from ACLF is a realistic goal'

Professor Jalan stated "It is a great honour to be awarded the prestigious ‘DV Datta Oration’ by INASL recognising our contribution to investigations into 'acute on chronic liver failure’, a syndrome that kills over 1M people each year."
