Services affected by Fire Brigades Union strike action on 13 and 14 December 2013

UCL Library Services has discussed the implications of the strike with the UCL Fire Officer. Please note the following necessary changes to service provision during the weekend of 13/14 December.

Friday

• The Main Library will remain open as usual.
• The Institute of Child Health Library will close at 17:00
• The Eastman Dental Institute and Queen Square Institute of Neurology Libraries will remain open until 19:00 as usual.
• The Bartlett, Institute of Archaeology, Language & Speech Science, School of Pharmacy and School of Slavonic & East European Studies Libraries will close at 17:30 (service desks at 17:15)
• The Science Library (including Cruciform), Graduate Hub, Medical Student Hub, Research Grid, JBR at will close at 17:30 (service desks at 17:15) and re-open at 22:00
• The Royal Free Hospital Library will open as usual.

Saturday

• The Main Library will remain open until 21:00 as usual.
• The Science Library (including Cruciform) will close at 17:30 (service desk at 17:15) and remain closed until 11.00 on Sunday morning
• The Graduate Hub, Medical Student Hub and Research Grid will close at 17:30 and re-open at 22:00.
• The Royal Free Hospital Library will open as usual.
