Patient Flag now active on clinical data repository

UCLH 'Research Patient Flag' is now active on the clinical data repository (CDR).
The tool allows researchers and nurses at UCLH to know instantly if a patient is a volunteer on a clinical trial.
From September 2015 a first group of studies will be added to the system and researchers or nurses will be able to 'flag' patients on these studies.
The JRO are currently meeting with all UCLH divisions to discuss the best methods for dissemination and training of staff on the use of the patient flagging tool.
