Nurse-led research lecture on blending a research and practice career

The next Leading Light lecture on nurse and midwife led research will be looking at blending a research and practice career.

The Centre for Nurse and Midwife led Research (CNMR) lecture, on 28 May, will be given by Professor Alison Richardson, Clinical Professor in Cancer Nursing and End of Life Care at the University of Southampton and University Hospital Southampton.

Professor Richardson will be speaking on 'Developing patient-centred cancer care - blending a research and practice career', and the event will be chaired by UCLH Chief Nurse Professor Katherine Fenton.

This lecture, which is part of a series designed to highlight Nursing and Midwifery Research and Researchers both within the Trust and from other centres of excellence, is at 5pm (for a 5.30 start) at the Chadwick Lecture Theatre in the Chadwick Building.
