New UCL policy on complaints from research subjects

UCL has updated its policy on complaints from research participants.
The policy applies to complainants who are research participants in UCL sponsored studies who have not been recruited through an NHS Trust or where the complaint is about UCL as sponsor. These complaints should be reported through email@example.com.
Where the research participant has been recruited through an NHS Trust then, in the first instance, the complainant should be referred to the NHS complaints procedure. Application of policy will mean that investigators who are trying to manage complaints will be provided with help and advice.
