JRO bike team success

A brave team of people from the Joint Research Office at UCL, UCLH and the Royal Free London successfully completed the London to Brighton 54 mile cycle ride on 17 June, raising £2,445 for the British Heart Foundation.
Team JRO, made up of Nick McNally, Anna Jones, Anne Marie Downey, Gemma Jones, Kay Mitchell, Michelle Quaye, Gareth Ambler, Gurjinder Kahlon, Geoff Pine and Matthew Burnell (and joined by a few friends from outside the JRO too), set off at 7am from Clapham Common.
Cycling much of the time together, the group went up and down some gentle hills (and some not so gentle like the Ditchling Beacon) and finished up on the seaside promenade of Brighton.
