Instructions
1. To see if you have overlicensed Applications you need to run the licence compliance report.
2. If you find you have an application that has a positive number in the compliance column you will need to make a number of decisions on how to use the software.
a. You could leave the licence as it is and when a customer requests the software you can use this licence rather than purchasing a new licence
b. You could see if any other department needs the licence and pass the licence to that department. You would need to contact us to transfer the licence.
c. See if you can downgrade a licence to cover any unlicensed version.
