I have oversight for all taught masters programmes (9 programmes) and support all postgraduate research students (approx. 300) at the UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology (IoN), along with being responsible for organising short courses (Neurology 2015-2021, MRCP, Neuro-oncology) and retaining oversight of room bookings that the team manages. I line manage a team of 6 administrators and have responsibility for the running of the Education Team.
I attend monthly Faculty meetings and bi-weekly Institute managers meetings. I am the Senior Fire Marshall for 7 Queen Square. I am the Queen Square Alumni secretary and have edited 15 editions of the Alumni newsletter. I am one of the first points of contact for students as well as academics and other administrative colleagues within the IoN and UCL.
The aim of the Education Team is to ensure that education remains a priority for the Institute and that students and academics are offered first class support to achieve their goals.
