Mouhammed is a second-year doctoral student here at the Institute of Neurology. His research focusses on novel remote assessment methods in Parkinsonian disorders.

In the PD- care project he will be looking at the wearable sensors aspect, specifically comparing the wearables data to the clinician completed scales data.

Participants in the PD-Care project will be offered to participate in the wearable sensor sub-study. This will involve them wearing the GENEActive monitor for 7 days at baseline and 12-month folllow-up. The motor symptom data will then be compared to the MDS-UPDRS Part III assessment to determine reliability of both measures.
