We use multiple platforms from Pacific Biosciences and Oxford Nanopore Technologies for our long-read sequencing.

The facility is based in a very well-equipped molecular genetics laboratory, with specialised equipment available onsite to support our sequencing such as Femto Pulse, Megaruptor 3 and Blue Pippin.
