The MSc programme in Planetary Science has a curriculum drawn from a variety of academic departments within UCL and the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences at Birkbeck College, including topics such as: planetary interiors, atmospheres and magnetospheres; the impact of the space environment on human physiology and life; and the application of current knowledge to investigations of extrasolar planets - worlds in other stellar systems.

Learn more about our research-led and student-centred programme at our upcoming Planetary Science MSc Virtual Open Day on Monday 5 June, 12-2pm.

Our academic staff will be available online to answer all your questions about the application process, course content, research opportunities, financial support available and career destinations of UCL graduates.

If you would like to attend the event please register online.

You will be sent a web link to access the Virtual Open Day a day before the event. Please note that places are strictly limited and will be given on a first come first served basis.

If you miss the registration deadline,  please contact the programme tutor, Professor Giovanna Tinetti, for joining instructions.
