Lori Houlihan Vice-Provost (Development) becomes a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing

The highest professional accolade of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, becoming a fellow, has been awarded to Lori Houlihan Vice-Provost (Development).

The fellowship marks Lori’s experience and success as a marketing communications leader in Higher Education. Lori has paved the way for the Office of the Vice Provost (Development) (OVPD) to become a centre for success and an example to other institutions. Lori joined UCL in 2011 and has brought her innovative approach to development linking industry, academia and philanthropy.  She has recently overseen the successful launch of The UCL philanthropic Campaign which has, to date, raised £367 million of its £600 million target. 

Lori’s work within communications and marketing is not defined by her role within OVPD. She also supports the delivery of the UCL 2034 strategy, is the UCL interfaith champion and on the senior management team of the LGBTQ+ advisory panel. Lori shares her extensive experience within higher education as a trustee at large of The Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE).
