As well as being available on Imagestore via the button above, these Word templates are also available from within Microsoft Word on Desktop@UCL (staff or student managed computer). To access, go to New > University College London > A4 Letter Heads:

Once you are in Imagestore also download the coloured banner and social media icons you need for the email. You will need to self-host them on your website or upload them to your email marketing platform. Once you have done this, links to those images in the template can be replaced with your own links.
